Craig's story was featured on MTV's True Life: I Need A Transplant. Thousands of patients with leukemia and other life-threatening diseases need life-saving bone marrow transplants, but more than 70% don't have a match in their family. Please consider becoming a registered donor to help someone like Craig!
Bone marrow donors are desperately needed nationwide. Please consider becoming a registered bone marrow donor. You can read more at the FAQ on the National Marrow Donor Program's website.
Craig's treatments are more than insurance will pay. Donations can be made at any Wells Fargo to the Craig Brandmeier Fund. You can also send support though PayPal.

R.I.P bro. sorry for your loss kat and craigs family. i have been praying for you man, and shall continue praying.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Craig. I remember watching True Life and crying my eyes out because my father passed away from the same disease, and remembering how hard it was to watch him go through his sickness with AML and how hard it was on our family watching him pass away. My thoughts and prayers are with you all, and always remember Craig is now cancer-free and back to his “normal self” again; that’s what always helped me. Much love and hugs to all of you. RIP Craig
We wanted to send our prayers and love to your family. May Craig rest in peace. God Bless you all.
I’m so sorry for your loss and am keeping you and your family in my prayers Kat. God Bless you and Rest in peace Craig.
Thouhts and prayers to all of Craig’s family and friends. I came across his live webcast just a few weeks ago and was incredibly inspired how positive and inspiring he was even during such tough times. God Bless.
There are no adequate words at this time. The only solace is knowing that Craig is healed, at peace and at home. His brave battle against this evil disease will give you all the strength to continue each day. As parents, spouse, siblings, family and friends we love these inspirational souls so much that we set them free with their wings to Heaven. Our love supersedes our desire to have them with us to continue to suffer unimaginable pain. Craig’s life though short has touched so many and his memory will be held in our hearts forever. “If we had wings, we would fly up to Heaven”…one day we will all be together again. My deepest sympathies to you all, may God hold you close and give you His peace in knowing that Craig is finally home and perfect.
I had put off for so many years becoming a Bone Marrow Donor. After seeing Craig’s story I couldn’t stop thinking about him. I called and was sent a Bone Marrow Kit. The Kit arrived at my home on Saturday Aug. 28. On Monday I read about his passing. I will complete the kit and send it on in memory of him.
I was very hopeful for Craigs recovery. Hopefully a doctor somewhere, someday can find a cure for this horrific disease. I am happy that he will be in a better place soon. Craig will no longer have any pain or suffering. You will be missed.
Craig, you were such an inspiration to me. I remember back in June when I saw your webcam broadcast from your hospital room for the first time. It literally grabbed me and I quickly felt that it was a mutual endeavor in seeing you get better. I dropped into your webcast chatroom every so often to check in on you and it made me feel good that you answered my questions and said hi to my chat handle. I was surprised to see you go back to the hospital, but I know the doctors were doing their best for you. You were like a little brother to me that I never met but loved dearly. I pray for you and Kat and your family. God Bless you and miss you!!
